What I Ate Wednesday

The I ate Breakfast foods all day long edition. Sometimes breakfast foods are the only things that sound appetizing. No apologies.

Let’s get right to it! Today’s edition of What I Ate Wednesday.

Oatmeal topped with crunchy peanut butter and 2 scrambled eggs cooked in coconut oil.

 

 

Vanilla Chex, sliced banana and vanilla coconut milk. I highly recommend this combo!

This is my pretty standard dinner lately. Toast or an english muffin topped with crunchy peanut butter and sliced fruit. I am loving this strawberries I picked up from Sam’s Club over the weekend.

  1. YUM! I eat a lot of those English muffins as well. And I have recently started adding sliced strawberries on the top. May sound strange, but it is like a wink and a nod to peanut butter and jelly…just slightly healthier.
