13 Weeks, the start of the 2nd trimester. Considering I missed most of the 1st trimester thinking I miscarried, this zoomed right on by 😉
Weight Gain: -1.4 (I’m on a carb controlled diet provided by a hospital dietician and my endocrinologist). It’s possible I might lose more and then gain as the 3rd trimester starts or even once I get farther into the 2nd trimester.
Baby is the size of a peach:
Symptoms: Feeling a tiny little goldfish flutter by has been the most exciting. None of my pre-pregnancy clothes fit, thank goodness for my vast collection of yoga pants!
Food Cravings: BEEF! I can’t get enough lately.
Food Aversions: chicken, tomato sauce, both are making my stomach turn just thinking about them.
Upcoming Appointments: Perinatology on Thursday for a consult and ultrasound.
