To make lasting changes, it’s important to make small, attainable goals and CRUSH them!!! I stepped on the scale this morning and watched in horror at the number. Trust me I know I shouldn’t worry about the number and all that, and that I’ve been through a lot trying to figure out what’s wrong with me…but blah blah, blahgitty blah. Being easy on myself is what’s caused me to put on nearly 15 pounds. INEXCUSABLE!!!!!! It’s bad enough that all of my cardio endurance I worked so hard for is GONE, but now none of my flipping flinging clothes fit. Here are my first 2 goals I’ve set for myself:
1. Finish my 48oz water bottle; twice. I have a horrible habit of only drinking water when I’m working out and then either don’t drink anything the rest of the day or I’ll go grab a giant diet coke from somewhere. I know it’s bad, it’s a bad habit I’m working on.
2. Wear my fit bit zip every day and hit my goals for it with steps and mileage.
