Day 12

I can honestly say in the past 4 years, I’ve NEVER been this consistent with a workout plan/program. I am feeling so amazing, walking with my head held higher and talking to anyone who will listen! 

This morning I did Core 20 and Stretch 10. The only part of Core 20 I had trouble with was laying on my back and lifting my legs up and rolling back into a pike position. Once upon a time I could do that, and I can almost do it now, but I can’t hold it yet.
