20 Weeks

For the past couple of weeks I have been doing various Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme workouts. Yesterday I made the choice to go for the glory and join the Beachbody Challenge. I’ll be following the program as designed for both programs, which is 20 weeks long and I’ll also be following the meal plans. Since I’m doing both programs, I’ll be combining the meal plans to make one awesome plan.

So here’s what the rest of the month will look like. The first 4 weeks are pretty easy, after that it gets a little tougher with more cardio mixed in and some HIIT workouts as well. You can see my measurements, but just for fun here they are again (I’ll be doing them on the first of each month.)
Chest: 42.5″
Waist: 39
Hips: 41
Left Thigh: 20
Right Thigh: 20
Left Arm: 12
Right Arm: 12

On the schedule this morning was one of my favorites; Stretch 40. It’s essentially 40 minutes of deep stretching and various yoga poses specifically targeted to help you improve your Turbo Fire workouts. Each time I do this, I feel myself getting stronger and actually able to push myself farther into the poses, it’s exciting to see progress being made!

  1. You are tearin' it up! I'm wanting to start up P90x again and have been… lacking the motivation. Then I got my last wisom tooth pulled so that was a great excuse to keep putting it off (yes, a valid one, I realize). I love seeing your schedule as it motivates me to get on one! You both are an awesome inspiration to get up and get moving!
