Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shake

For anyone who doesn’t know, I’m a Coach for Beachbody, I don’t mention it a lot because well, I just don’t 😉 But if you ever have any questions about Beachbody or it’s products, let me know! When I started up, I purchased Shakeology, I was a little skeptical, even though everyone raved about it. Now that Spence and I have been drinking it for awhile, I’m a believer! This stuff really is quite awesome.

Up until today, I’ve just been mixing it with either water or milk and lots of ice which makes it taste like a chocolate frosty. Then, I found a website with a bunch of different recipes, so I decided to try one today

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • lots of ice ( I use about 10 cubes)
  • Sliced strawberries (I used 1/2 a cup, but the more the merrier)

Place all in blender and blend until smooth and frosty like. I usually let it blend for about 3-4 minutes…just depends on how much ice I used.

Seriously amazing. I had it for lunch today and it was perfect.

After dinner tonight, the elementary school was having a pre-first day of school ice cream social. I’m insanely shy around people I don’t know, so I just stuck to watching the kids play at the playground and enjoying some ice cream.

After that, I headed to Target to get a few things and spotted this little notebook on the clearance rack. I always keep a notebook in my purse for meal ideas, blog post ideas, workouts I want to try, books I want to read, and a million other things. This one was calling my name.

Nothing like a blank notebook to bring out the inner nerd in me!
