Mamavation Monday

I don’t really have much to report, I feel like each day is getting better than the day before, but it’s hard. Every day seems to be a struggle.

Sorry for the woe is me post today, just feeling a bit down I guess.

Starting Weight: 217.8

Current Weight: 215.2

Total Loss:  -2.6

My goals for this week is to just make each day better than the day before. Cut out the fast food and diet coke and find a way to exercise and stick with it.

  1. Congrats on the loss! Sorry you’re feeling down- just remember that each day is a gift, and it’s your choice to make the best of it!
    As for cutting out the fast food and diet coke- just try to focus on how you feel when you put that crap into your body. And how much BETTER you feel when you eat real, wholesome food!

  2. Great loss! I understand feeling down, it happens every now and then. Good for you for making a goal for this week, it will help keep you focused. You can do it!

  3. As they always say with goals, KISS (Keep it simple, stupid!) Not that you’re stupid. But, as someone who doesn’t work well with complicated goals, the KISS method rarely does me wrong! Keep it up, girl!
