It’s Friday!

WORKOUT:
Turbo Jam: Fat Blaster

Sorry it’s blurry, it was the best I could do at 5am. This workout is full of intervals and crazy intense. I kept the whole thing low impact and still managed to torch a pretty decent amount of calories.

BREAKFAST:
English muffin topped with peanut butter

And 1/2 a grapefruit

Total calories: 279

I’m off to do some cleaning and other chores that need to be done. See ya at lunch πŸ™‚

  1. Jen!!!!! You are kicking so much booty this week! I'm really proud of you, and so happy you are feeling the effects of the exercise. Don't let the slight gain rustle you, this week was a WIN and you will be seeing the scale back that up soon enough πŸ™‚ And what a great way to start the day today!

  2. Great job woman! Isn't there something so, I don't know, rewarding about kicking butt during a workout and then having a meal that is less than the calories you just burned? I always feel like saying, "Ha, take that Mr. Scale!" haha!

  3. Great job on the workout Jen! I haven't worked out in a week, and probably won't until my husband comes home from the hospital. After spending 12 hours there, exercise is the last thing I feel like doing. Hope you had a great weekend!
