Why Do I Suck So Bad?

I’ve gained 4 pounds in the last week.  I’ve eaten my weight in cookies and junk food.  I’ve worked out only 685 minutes this month.  AND I’ve been finding every excuse in the book to skip my work outs.  I am excited for Christmas but I need for it to be over.  So I can sleep.  And eat healthy!  I just can not resist bad food. And go back to the gym…
