Sticky Chicky

This was a new recipe we had last night: Ketchup, Olive Oil, Soy Sauce, Creamy Peanut Butter

Whisk ingredients together:

Top your chicken with mixture

And bake. Some of the pieces were still frozen, so it took about 45 minutes at 350

The verdict. Not terrible, but needed some work. It tasted too ketchupy. I tasted some of the peanut butter, it could have used more of that for sure. I think next time I’ll cut the ketchup down and see what happens, I will also grill it instead of baking it.

We had it served with brown rice

And lots of sliced cucumbers and baby carrots

  1. I wonder how it would taste if you heated up the sauce with a bit of honey and sriracha sauce – it might come together better for you? Great idea though!Happy Friday!
