Weigh In Day: 1.26.10

Suck. I was a little too lax last week on tracking things, drinking water and I didn’t get enough exercise.

Last Week:  193
Today: 194.2

I didn’t even bother with measurements, I’ll do that next Tuesday.

  1. We all have our off weeks. Just use this as an excuse to track every bite, lick and taste!! Remember, nothing tastes as good as being thin feels 🙂 Cept maybe cake… just kidding! 🙂
