I started off my day on the biggest high in months! I lost 3.2 pounds and 14.5″ in one week, awesome! I did some Turbo Jam and finished off with Turbo Sculpt using 5lb weights.
For breakfast I had Trader Joe’s Vanilla Almond granola with a sliced banana.
For lunch I had leftovers (sorry no picture, I was starving!!) Then I had a LunaBar Chocolate Peppermint Stick.
