On the weight loss train.
At my last doctor’s visit, when I was pregnant, I weighed 244 pounds.
Saturday, I weighed 230.0 pounds. Isn’t that awesome? I’m trying to eat healthy and exercise. My goal for minutes exercised this month I think was 300. I’m at 215 minutes already. I love the way I feel after I exercise. It is really helping my mental state. I am going to weigh myself on Fridays again.
