My goal for August was to get below the 190 mark, unfortunately, I’m at 195.5. My other goal was to have at least 500 exercise minutes and I ended up with 303, not bad, better than previous months!!
My goals for September:
1. Break the 190 mark
2. Since August was just over 300 exercise minutes, my goal for September is 350 minutes.
3. Track every single bite that crosses my lips!
4. Drink at least 64oz of water daily.
