Yesterday was a MUCH better day! I managed to follow the menu plan for the day, and for once, wasn’t starving all day long wanting to eat everything in the house!! For once, I finally feel like I have found a program that will work for me ๐Ÿ™‚ Now, I just have to get the exercise part down!!

Breakfast:
1 Egg
2 Slices Canadian Bacon
1/2 Grapefruit

Snack:
1 Cup Celery
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light

Lunch:
1 Cup Arugula
1 0z Ham
1 0z Turkey
10z Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbs. Light Balsamic Vinaigrette

Snack:
1/2 Cup FF Cottage Cheese
1 Chopped Tomato

Dinner:
3oz Chicken Breast
1 cup mashed cauliflower
2 cups Salad (Romaine, tomatoes, celery, cucumbers)
1 Tbs. Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
