Phase 1, Day 1

Of South Beach went great! I found my old book over the weekend, and started re-reading it and have decided to at least do Phase 1 and see what happens. Last time I did this, I lost 14lbs during phase 1 and then gave up…not sure why LOL!

Morning Weight: 195
Water Intake: 72oz
Exercise: None

Breakfast:
2 eggs
1/2 C. Stir Fry Vegetables
1/2 Grapefruit

Snack: None, I was gone grocery shopping

Lunch:
1/2 Chicken breast; chopped
1 Cup Romaine Lettuce; shredded
Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Green Peppers
1 Tbs. Light Balsamic Vinaigrettte

Snack: None, wasn’t hungry

Dinner:
Chicken breast
Romaine Lettuce, Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Green Peppers
1 Tbs. Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
