Weigh In Day (July 27, 2009)

Today: 195

Not a huge surprise. Last week I was just trying to get back into weigh loss mode, I concentrated more on eating than working out. This week will be more of focusing on foods and water, but I’m also going to start incorporating exercising back into my days. The plan this week is to work out at least 3 days, but aiming for 5.

  1. Jen, seems many of us either gained or stayed the same this week. I'm attributing it to summer and vacations, am sure we'll be in better shape next week! 🙂
