Weigh In Day ~ April 17, 2009 ~

I knew it. I ate myself stupid this week, hardly exercised, barely drank any water, and I don’t think I ever fully tracked food I ate for a whole day. I have no one to blame but myself. Today starts a new week and I’m motivated and ready!!! I’m also going to post my journals every day, not so much for feedback (although if you see something I should be doing, please tell me!!), but to stay accountable to myself!
