I thought I was strong enough to resist the temptations of food. As last night proved, I am not. I have been on plan since 3.13, but last night we had pizza for dinner. I caved…BIG time. I honestly don’t even know how many slices I had, I just kept eating and eating, and well you all get the point. I don’t know why I do this, I know how it’s going to make me feel; but I am not strong enough yet.
