This picture is crap but I’ve lost 15 pounds since January 1. I have not had a good week this past week, I had gained 5 pounds (yeah right) but then I got the flu and lost it all. So now I’m happy. School is insane, I can barely keep my head above water, let alone find time to plan meals and cook healthy. We have been going out alot the past week, which makes it difficult to eat well. I didn’t even get to the gym last week at all because I was so busy with work and school, and Bryan had some commitments that he couldn’t get out of, so I couldn’t go at night either.
Hopefully things settle down in a bit so I can get back on track.
