I want to weigh 200 pounds by my 5th wedding anniversary, which is July 31. So, I will need to lose 32 pounds and I have 23 weeks to do it. That means that I need to lose 1.4 pounds per week to meet my goal. I don’t think it will be that hard and I am so excited to weigh less than I did when we got married. That means that all of the cute clothes that I bought for our honeymoon will fit me again! That is so great!
